Race VIP Club does not organise gambling, betting, lotteries, prize draws, or games of chance. All competitions hosted or promoted via the Platform are skill-based esports tournaments.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Platform Role & Legal Status
Race VIP Club acts solely as a neutral digital platform and facilitator, providing:
- community infrastructure,
- tournament listings,
- competition scheduling,

All financial arrangements, sponsorships, prizes, and rewards are entirely external to Race VIP Club.
3. Sponsors & Prizes
All prizes, rewards, sponsorships, and monetary payments:
- are provided exclusively by third-party sponsors,
- are governed by separate sponsor terms,
- are not controlled, held, managed, or distributed by Race VIP Club.
Race VIP Club accepts no liability for:
- failure of sponsors to deliver prizes,
- delays, disputes, or cancellations,
- changes to prize value or structure,
- tax obligations arising from prize receipt.
Participants acknowledge that any claim regarding prizes must be directed solely to the sponsor.
4. No Financial Involvement
Race VIP Club:
- does not handle participant funds,
- does not receive commissions from prizes,
- does not process payments,
- does not escrow or hold funds.
Any financial interaction occurs directly between participants and sponsors, outside the Platform.
5. Eligibility
Participation is strictly limited to individuals who:
- are 18 years of age or older,
- are legal residents of the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland,
- comply with all applicable local laws.
Participation from other jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.
6. Skill-Based Competitions (Non-Gambling)
All tournaments hosted or promoted via Race VIP Club:
- are skill-based esports competitions,
- require demonstrable driving ability, reaction time, strategy, and performance,
- contain no element of chance.
No entry constitutes gambling, wagering, or betting under UK law.
7. Rules & Judging
Race VIP Club:
- defines sporting rules and technical parameters,
- operates race servers,
- enforces fair play and sporting integrity,
- makes final and binding decisions regarding race results, penalties, and disqualifications.
Judging decisions are non-financial and non-negotiable.
8. Taxes & Legal Obligations
Participants are solely responsible for:
- declaring and paying any taxes,
- complying with HMRC or other authorities,
- seeking independent legal or tax advice.
Race VIP Club bears no responsibility for participants’ tax or reporting obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race VIP Club shall not be liable for:
- financial loss,
- prize disputes,
- sponsor misconduct,
- server downtime,
- technical failures,
- data loss,
- indirect or consequential damages.
Use of the Platform is at the participant’s own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Race VIP Club from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from:
- participation in tournaments,
- disputes with sponsors,
- breach of these Terms,
- violation of applicable laws.
11. Suspension & Termination
Race VIP Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:
- cheating,
- abuse,
- breach of rules,
- legal or regulatory risk,
- behaviour detrimental to the community.
12. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- a partnership,
- an agency relationship,
- a joint venture,
- an employment relationship.
Race VIP Club is not an agent of sponsors or participants.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:
England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
